Dance Photos Pricing & Order Form

Absolutely no photos may be taken during the dress rehearsal or recitals, so to provide you with beautiful photos of your dancers in their recital costumes, we have booked a couple of great photographers for our three photo days.

If you choose to purchase photos, you will receive group and individual poses of your dancer in a Google Drive link. This allows you to download and print as many copies as you want in your preferred size, and share them with your friends and family. Order photos by filling out the form linked below.

Note: the photos will not be edited. This is to keep the cost down for you. There are many free and simple-to-navigate photo editing tools online.

Fill out the form by May 7th. You can pay at any point through your Parent Portal, but all unpaid photo fees will be processed on Friday, May 9th. Photos will be sent to you by the end of the dance season.

$25 for 1 dance / $45 for 2 dances / $60 for 3 or more dances
(cost is per dancer, not per family)

Photo Day Schedules

Please note your dancer’s photoshoot time below. This is NOT an arrival time. Arrive 30 minutes before your student’s time slot so that they are in costume and ready to go at the time listed. Come with recital hair and makeup done. It’s a perfect opportunity to practice for the recital!

Even if you don’t purchase photos, your student must still come to their photo day so we can take full class photos for those who have purchased them, and so Arise can have a record of the year.

Friday and Saturday classes will run as normal on photo day; however, ALL students should be dropped off at the Studio A/B front door and picked up from the Studio A/B back door. If your dancer usually has a class on a Friday or Saturday, arrive at the studio at your usual time unless your dancer needs to arrive early to get into their costume before their photoshoot. Pick-up will be at the same time as always.

Wednesday will be dedicated to taking photos, so no regular classes will run.
